Webstore processing for Pakistan at shop.ogorganix.com.pk is licensed to and operated by OG Organix Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited. In these “Terms and Conditions,” “we,” “our” and “us” refers to the ogorganix.com.pk portal and related sub-domains (OG Organix).

8. Return/Refund Policy

8.1 Once purchased, items may not be exchanged or refunded. Orders may not be cancelled once processed. A cash on delivery order refused on delivery, will result in a permanent ban from the portal.
8.2 OG Organix will be happy to repair any item damaged in transit or exchange any item which has been wrongly shipped. In either case you must notify OG Organix customer service via email at og.organixpk@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery of any damaged or incorrect shipment with a description of the issue and photographic evidence for further processing.
